Data controller
The controller is Nikola Milovanović PR Kompas Nekretnine, company no. 66895505, tax no. 113537274, Belgrade. For any question about your data, write to [email protected] or call +381 69 69 5015.
What we collect
Only what you send us through our forms: name, phone number, email and message; when you list a property, its details and photos; when you book a viewing, the time you choose. To prevent abuse, our server briefly records your IP address (rate limiting).
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data only to answer your enquiry, arrange viewings, value or advertise your property and conclude a brokerage agreement. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 12(1)(1) and (2) of the Law), as well as a broker's legal obligations under the Law on Brokerage in Real Estate Transactions and anti-money-laundering rules.
Who receives your data
Messages from the site reach us through an email delivery service, and the site is hosted by Vercel Inc. These processors handle data only on our instructions. We never sell your data or share it for marketing. When needed for the job you've given us (a seller, buyer, bank or notary), we share only what is necessary.
Transfers outside Serbia
Some providers (hosting, email delivery) are in the EU or the USA. Transfers rely on the safeguards set out in the Law, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiries while we're in touch and for up to two years after the last contact, unless the law requires longer (e.g. the broker's records and contract documentation).
Cookies and local storage
We use no tracking or advertising cookies. Favorites, comparisons, your language, currency and theme are remembered only in your browser (localStorage) — that data never reaches us.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to [email protected]. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can complain to Serbia's Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).
Changes
We announce changes to this policy on this page, together with the date of the last update.
